ABOUT US

Wildflower

Helping you flourish.

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Welcome!

Wildflower was created as the clinic I wished existed — a place where people are met with care, curiosity, and genuine respect for who they are.

We take a collaborative approach to therapy, recognising that meaningful support begins with listening. Our practice is grounded in honouring individuality, deep understanding, and thoughtful support.

The clinic was founded on the belief that therapy should feel genuine and human. Our work is about offering space for reflection, growth, and support at each person’s own pace.

Our team is intentionally made up of clinicians who share these values. Our psychologists bring lived experience alongside professional training, including neurodivergent perspectives. We believe this depth of understanding strengthens our work and helps us offer care that is authentic, attuned, and compassionate.

As a clinic, we have a strong interest in supporting autistic and ADHD individuals, children, and parents. We are committed to providing care that is neuroaffirming and trauma-informed, and that acknowledges the broader systems and experiences that shape each person’s life.

At the heart of Wildflower is a shared intention: to offer care that is worthy of the trust our clients place in us.

Meet your psychologist.

Jessica
PSYCHOLOGIST

  • Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m a registered psychologist, a mother, neurodivergent, and a flower lover. I bring a calm, quietly confident, and slightly quirky presence to my work, and I aim to be authentic and unmasked so you feel comfortable to be yourself in our sessions.

I work with children, adults, and parents, with many of my clients being autistic and/or ADHDers. My approach is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I don’t believe in fixing people—my role is to support, to listen, and to walk alongside you.

I’m trained in EMDR (Levels 1 & 2), including neuroaffirming EMDR for children and adults, and have completed advanced training with the Perinatal Centre of Excellence in perinatal psychology, grief, and loss. I also integrate play therapy with younger children and draw from evidence-based approaches including ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and CFT.

I have a strong interest in psychological assessment and am experienced in identifying autism in both children and adults, using a strengths-based and affirming approach.

My guiding value is simple: to be the psychologist I would want supporting my own loved ones.
